The rules for using Kadr, in plain words.

What you buy
You buy a licence: the right to use Kadr for the period you paid for (2-week trial, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The seller sends an activation code; one licence works on one computer unless agreed otherwise. Updates are included while the licence is active.
Your videos belong to you
Everything you make with Kadr is yours. You may publish and sell it, including commercially. We claim no rights in your content.
What you must not do
Don't share, resell or rent your licence or the installers; don't try to bypass the licence, reverse engineer or modify the program; don't remove its notices; don't use it to break the law or anyone's rights. Automating Kadr through its documented API, MCP server and command-line tool is allowed.
Other people's material and platform rules
Footage, music, voices and templates from other sources come with their own licences. Kadr records sources and writes credits, but its rights report is guidance, not legal advice. You are responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's rules.
AI providers and their costs
Kadr's AI runs on your own subscriptions and API keys. Their terms and charges apply, and you pay them directly. Kadr's spending limit helps you control paid calls, but the costs are yours.
Beta software and updates
Kadr is under active development. Features may change, and errors can happen. Keep backups of your important media and projects.
No guarantees
Kadr is provided as it is. We don't promise it will be free of errors or that your videos will earn money. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, profit or other indirect damage.
When the licence ends
The licence ends when its period is over, or earlier if these terms are broken — for example, if a licence is shared. Your projects and videos stay on your computer.
Payment and refunds
You pay the seller in Telegram. There are no refunds; see the refunds policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Mandatory consumer rights of your country are not affected. Questions: Telegram @J0hnd03.
